Zepp Health has officially introduced the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2, a rugged smartwatch offering up to 30 days of battery life, preloaded maps, and advanced outdoor fitness features. It has launched for outdoor fitness-centric users who need essential features for their activities. Also, with an affordable price range, it becomes an alternative to the Garmin & Coros watches.

Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 Specs

Under the hood, the smartwatch features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display coated with sapphire glass, a grade 5 titanium body, and, more importantly, peak brightness of 3000 nits, one of the brightest displays in its segment at 3000 nits.

Full-Color Preloaded Maps & Route Planning

Further, in outdoor activities, it offers full-color preloaded maps that you can save using the Zepp app, and a route planning function that suggests convenient and better roads. For navigation, it has a dual-band GNSS 6-band satellite system and a polarized GPS antenna for improved signal quality.

Supports Over 180 Workout Modes & HYROX Mode

Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 Health Features

Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 is equipped with a Biometric 6.0 PPG sensor, BioCharge body battery indicator, VO2 max score, Spo2 score, PAI health, training load indicators, and also supports over 180 sports modes. Further, it has partnered with HYROX mode to prepare for HYROX special events and championships.

A Month of Battery Power

The tap measurement on the watch measures all necessary health data within 45 seconds, the same features that are available on the Huawei Watch GT series. The strongest point of the Ultra 2 is its 30 days of battery life in normal mode. In heavy workout, the output is 170 hours, and 50 hours in GPS mode. However, the Garmin Enduro 3 still leads in battery endurance with 36 days in normal mode and 60 hours in GPS mode.

It is currently available to purchase in the US from today, February 19, via the official website and Amazon page.
