A new software update has started rolling out for the Amazfit Helio Strap, bringing several improvements and new features to the fitness tracker. The latest firmware arrives with version 3.13.0.1 and has a relatively small download size of 3.66MB compared to the previous 3.11.0.1 software version. Interestingly, Zepp has released a fix for sleep tracking on the tracker, which we have seen in the previous version as well.
According to the official changelog, this update mainly focuses on improving activity tracking accuracy, sleep monitoring, and system stability. It looks like the last firmware failed to enhance sleep monitoring, so the company has released new code to improve the sleep recognition system. While it may not introduce any major headline features, it delivers meaningful refinements that users will notice in daily usage.
Helio Strap Gets Optimized Pickleball Mode

One of the key highlights of this update is the optimized Pickleball mode. The company has added new tracking metrics, including Forehand Stroke Count and Backhand Stroke Count. These additions will help users gain deeper insights into their performance during Pickleball sessions, making the Helio Strap more useful for sports enthusiasts.
In addition to these features, the update also brings general bug fixes and system stability improvements to the Helio Strap. Since the update package is small in size, it should install quickly via the companion app. Users can download the new firmware update from the official Zepp app.
The new 3.13.0.1 update is now rolling out in major countries, so it may take some time to reach all users. If you haven’t received it yet, you can manually check for the update in the app settings.
